Our Quran School team is delighted to extend a warm welcome to you. We appreciate your trust in us and are committed to providing you with the highest quality education in an advanced, supportive, and positive learning environment. Our goal is to ensure that you receive an enriching and fulfilling experience while studying with us.

At Our Quran School, we believe in maintaining transparency and professionalism in all aspects of our services. To create a smooth and effective Quran learning journey for all students, we have established a set of guidelines and policies. These terms and conditions are designed to ensure a productive and respectful learning environment for both students and instructors.

We kindly request you to carefully read the following terms and conditions and adhere to them throughout your educational journey with Our Quran School.

Compliance with these policies will help maintain discipline, enhance the learning experience & create a positive atmosphere for everyone involved.

Daily Classes Schedule – Rules for Absence from Class

  • Once confirmed, the schedule should be followed regularly. It can only be changed in case of any emergency or if there is any time-related issue, but frequent changes may create problems for teachers.
  • Please don’t discuss and finalize the class schedule with the teachers without informing the Admin Team, as it may affect your classes and learning process.
  • Teachers are guided to start classes on time, but if your teacher is late for more than 5 minutes, please inform us via WhatsApp immediately; otherwise, the Academy will not be responsible for any missed class.
  • If you want to take leave from a lesson, you must inform the Admin Team at least 1 hour before class time.
  • If you remain absent without prior notice, your class will be marked as absent and there will be no make-up.
  • Our Quran School reserves the right to cancel classes for any student who remains absent from more than 3 classes without prior notice. Requests for refunds will not be entertained in such cases.
  • There will be no refund for missed classes; however, the student can take make-ups if prior notice was sent to the Admin Team.
  • Make-up classes for missed lessons must be taken within 30 days. After 30 days, no classes will be rescheduled or refunded.

Payment Rules to Follow

  • Monthly fees are payable in advance every month from the date of registration. After the trial classes, you may discuss the fee plans of your desired course with the Admin Team. Payments must be made on the due date.
  • If you face any issues while paying bills or have concerns about monthly dues, please contact the billing department.
  • Our Quran School reserves the right to stop classes if payment is overdue for more than 7 days without notice or valid reason.
  • Once you start classes in a month, you are required to pay the full fees for that month.

Security

  • We care about the security of our students. You may be requested not to share personal contact information like phone number, email address, social media accounts, credit card information, etc., with any teacher. Our Quran School will not be responsible in case of misuse.
  • Teachers are also not allowed to ask for or share their contact numbers, email addresses, or social accounts with students or parents. If anyone does so, please inform us immediately.
  • Please don’t discuss payments or anything extra with teachers; in such cases, contact the Admin Team immediately.

Your feedback regarding classes, teachers, courses, or class routines helps us improve our service. Please let us know if you have any concerns, complaints, or inquiries. We will highly appreciate it.
