Our Refund Policy
Our Quran School offers a refund of the full Online Quran Learning Fee if the student withdraws before the start of the month. However, once the classes are confirmed and the student has taken one class or remained absent without any notice to Admin, the refund will not be entertained.
- If a student wants to stop the Online Quran Classes, he/she must inform Our Quran School through our official email before the start of the month. If no prior notice is given, the full monthly fee must be paid.
- If a student wants to take leave for a month or more, they must inform us before the start of the month through official email; otherwise, the monthly fee will be charged in full.
There is no refund for public holidays or for absentees without prior notice.
Eligibility for Refund
Trial Period
- Users are eligible for a full refund within seven days of starting the program. This allows new users to evaluate our services during the trial period. However, after the trial period is over, the fee cannot be refunded.
- The refund does not apply to students who have previously used any trial class and did not enroll in the course.
Service Dissatisfaction
- If a user is dissatisfied with the quality of our services within the first 30 days of enrollment, they may be eligible for a partial refund. A valid reason must be communicated first, and our team will review the request for verification.
Technical Issues
- Refunds may be considered if persistent technical issues hinder the user’s ability to access and benefit from our services.
Cancellation of Services
- Users who choose to cancel their enrollment in the program within the first 30 days may be eligible for a partial refund. After 30 days, cancellations do not qualify for a refund.
Conditions for Refund Denial
Violation of Terms of Service
- Refunds will not be granted if the user is found to violate Our Quran School Terms of Service.
Incomplete Courses
- Users who have completed a substantial portion of the course material may not be eligible for a refund.
Abuse of Refund Policy
- Our Quran School reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected abuse of the refund policy.

Security
- We care about the security of our students. You may be requested not to share personal contact information like phone number, email address, social media accounts, credit card information, etc., with any teacher. Our Quran School will not be responsible in case of misuse.
- Teachers are also not allowed to ask for or share their contact numbers, email addresses, or social accounts with students or parents. If anyone does so, please inform us immediately.
- Please don’t discuss payments or anything extra with teachers; in such cases, contact the Admin Team immediately.
